Yoga is needed only when the muscles and bones are hard
Stress, prolonged sitting and standing, and lack of exercise are all causes of stiff muscles and bones. I think I have very hard muscles. After the first class, I was able to put down the stone because there are beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of yoga, and the teacher will start with the poses that the beginner can master, so that the student can practice without being overburdened and without causing psychological stress.
